VIETNAM LABOR LAW CONSULTANCY

We offer consultancy on Vietnam’s labor laws and regulations to foreign enterprises operating in Vietnam or foreign citizens working in Vietnam. We offer legal consultancy in regard to Vietnam’s labor export activities. We represent foreign enterprises that receive Vietnamese laborers in solving problems arising in the relationship between those enterprises and Vietnamese laborers.

Licensing requirements: advising on the obtaining of work permits for expatriates, registration of office rules and collective labour agreements.

Labour dispute: mediating and reconciling labour disputes, representing clients before Vietnamese courts for settlement of personal and collective labour disputes.
